About 2 years ago, I left a position where I worked 65+ hours a week and very tense politics to take a position where I worked a minimal 40 and did not have the level of executive responsibility and pressure of the earlier job. I thank God every day for that decision and spending time with the family. You must do what is in your soul not what seems to be the normal path.
